CANCELLATION POLICY


ADIRONDACK-VACATION CANCELLATION POLICY



Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee (due to fees charged to us by credit card processors)


If a booking is canceled  or changed less than 60 days before your arrival date, then no refund is provided.


Travel Insurance

We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance which provides a refund for the expense of your trip in the event you need to cancel due to unexpected events. As hosts, we have seen guests cancel due to unforeseen circumstances more often than they might think. We sometimes get late cancellations with guests requesting a refund after the period has expired. As a small business, we're unable to provide refunds for late cancellations since it's usually impossible to re-rent the home at short notice. 


We're not affiliated with any insurance company but those used by our guests include CSA or Rental Guardian. Insurance is offered at the time of booking.
